Q:Can I use a cloud phone on my own mobile phone?
A: Cloud phones support both PC and Android devices, but they are not currently available on iphones.
Q:Can the renewal of a cloud phone be accumulated if it is renewed in advance?
A:If you renew in advance,it can be accumulated.
Q:Will the data of the cloud phone be cleared after the device is replaced?
A:Yes. Replacing the equipment is equivalent to getting a new machine.
Q:Will data be cleared when a cloud phone is restarted?
A:No. Restarting the phone means restarting the original device.
Q:Can cloud phones take photos? What should be done if some functions in the game require a camera?
A:Currently, cloud phones support accessing the local phone’s camera. If you want to use the camera permission, you can enable or disable the camera permission for the cloud phone in the”Settings – Manage Permissions section “within the APP.
Q:How to deal with the black screen of cloud phone?
A:You can try replacing the equipment and restoring it to the factory. If that doesn’t work, please contact customer service.
Q:Is there any connection between the Internet speed of a cloud phone and your own Internet speed?
A:No. The network speed of a cloud phone depends on the bandwidth and speed of the cloud data center, and has nothing to do with the real device’s network speed.
Q:I have registered for the mobile version. Do I still need to register for the PC version?
A:Accounts of all versions of VipPlayer are interoperable. One account can log in to any version without the need for re-registration.
Q:Is the online gaming of cloud phone software safe?
A:Cloud phone is exclusive and pure for you. After the expiration of the cloud phone, the system will host and restore the factory Settings, clearing all the information in the cloud phone, and will not cause the leakage of personal information.
Q:Will using cloud phone consume local data traffic?
A:The cloud phone operates in the cloud and does not consume local data or battery power during the hosting process. However, when operating the cloud phone through the Vipplayer APP, local data will be consumed. At this time, it is recommended to use WIFI. Note: Downloading games on your cloud phone will not consume additional data on your phone itself.
Q:Does the cloud phone support one-click new phone?
A:iOS cloud phones cannot be flashed. Android Cloud Phone supports flashing. Users can modify the phone parameters with just one click on the new phone themselves.
Q:Can cloud phones be set with GPS location?
A:Yes, please refer to our use manual.
Q:How to clear the Internet access records of cloud phones?
A:Select the cloud phone whose records need to be cleared. Click the “Restore Factory Settings” button. The cloud phone will restart, clear all records and restore factory settings. Users can operate it on multiple cloud phones at the same time.
Q:If the external network line failure, cloud phone will connect to the domestic network?
A: No. If there is a failure in the proxy network, cloud phone will directly disconnect from the network.
Q:Can scripts be run on cloud phones?
A:Yes, but we don’t provide any automated scripts. (Note: The root permission of the cloud phone is disabled by default. If you need to enable the root permission, please contact our customer service.)
Q:How many cloud phones can be added to one account?
A:A user account can add up to 500 cloud phones at most. If you need more cloud phones, you can register more accounts.
Q:Can the same account be logged in on multiple computers at the same time?
A:Users can log into their account on different computers. But if they use the same cloud phone on two devices at the same time, there will be a control conflict.
Q:Can I log into the cloud phone from a different location?
A:Users can log into their cloud phone client from anywhere in the country, without being limited by location or computer.
Q:Can users modify the cloud phone parameters themselves? How can I change it?
A: Yes,select the cloud phones you need to operate in the group, then click the “New Phone” button to start the modification process. Once completed, the cloud phone will automatically restart. After the “New Phone” process, the cloud phone’s IMEI code, Wi-Fi MAC address, Android ID, serial number, and brand will all change, effectively generating a new cloud phone.
Q:Can the cloud phone be used for TikTok Live?
A:Yes.Users can sell their products to the world on TikTok Live by simply opening the camera on their Android cloud phone.
Q:Can cloud phones be used for social media lead generation?
A:Yes, platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and others are supported. Cloud phone is a great tool for overseas marketing and branding.
Q:Can cloud phone do Amazon reviews?
A:Cloud phones can be used for Amazon reviews and are currently a very stable and reliable testing environment, but excessive testing carries risks. Please use with caution.
Q:Does a cloud phone have a unique IP address per device ?
A:Our Android cloud phone come with dedicated IPs. If you have high requirements for the IP, you can purchase your own IP and change it in the proxy settings.
Q:Which countries and regions are supported by cloud phones?
A:The cloud phone is set to the Singapore region by default. You can change the network to another region by changing the IP address. Therefore, support all overseas countries and regions.
